Japanese Pocket Book's Privacy Policy.

1. General

At DJP Apps we want to ensure that our users feel safe using our applications. This Privacy Policy will go over all the information about what data is being collected from our users, how we use that data, and other information regarding your usage of our application.

If changes to our policy have been made, you the user will be notified through our application upon update of our application. Continuing to use our services will be regarded as acceptance of the changes in the policy. A copy of our Privacy Policy will always be available through the application in the setting menu.

By using our application you are agreeing to the terms specified in this policy.

All information saved in the application by the user (Settings, Test scores, User Made Lists, etc..) are saved locally to your device and are not shared with DJP Apps. If you are to use a new device, clear your app data, or uninstall the app this data can be lost and DJP Apps can not recover this information. 

3. Information Collected by third party

We use Unity Analytics and Google Analytics to collect our usage data stated above. This information is saved on these platforms. If you wish to remove your personal data please use the in app function of opting out of data collection, and/or deleting your user data.  

4. How we use data collected

The information collected is used to see how many users we have, and how much users are using our services. We use this data to see how updates affect users' usage and to further enhance user experience. We use user locations to ensure we are following guidelines to your region. We collect information regarding what sections are being clicked on and what sections are being studied to better understand our users usage of our application and see what areas we may need to improve on in future releases.

We use usage time to see how long our application is retaining our audience so that we can understand how long features in the application should be. We use crash reports to fix problems or bugs that may occure. We use subscription data to track how many users are subscribing, this can help us better understand our product pricing and retention. We also use this information to ensure that subscribed users are allowed access to all content. 

5. Subscription

Your subscription is managed through your Google play account. To access your subscription please Open the Google play application > Go to Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions. This will allow you to access your subscription data.
